Backlink Monitoring Tools in 2026: Track the Links That Actually Matter
Somewhere in your backlink profile, a link has already gone. It died on a Tuesday, it took a small slice of your ranking with it, and nothing in your inbox mentioned it. You did not miss it because you were careless. You missed it because you check your backlinks when you happen to think about them, and a link does not disappear on schedule. So here is a fair question: if I asked you which of your links vanished last month, could you name one? Work out what that blind spot costs before you decide what it is worth paying to close.
Team AllAbleCompareSep 30, 2026Generative Engine Optimization Services in 2026: How to Buy GEO Without Buying Noise
It is a Tuesday, the proposal is open on your screen, and the number at the bottom of it is $6,500 a month. The deck names ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews, four more surfaces than your last agency contract mentioned. It does not name the prompts, the engine versions or the baseline date, and you have read it twice looking for them. Between us, that omission is the category in one page: the report will look confident whether or not anything moved. You are willing to believe the work is real. What you will not say out loud in the meeting where the budget gets signed is that you have no way to check whether any of it happened. Do you know what your current report would look like if the result had been flat? The test that decides whether you are buying evidence or vocabulary fits in one sentence, and nobody has put it in a proposal yet.

You renewed Hootsuite on the seat price. The line that decides your bill is the social account count, and the sources disagree. Do you know which price is real?

There are two AI models open in your browser right now, and the honest reason is that you still cannot decide which one to ask. Nobody set that rule. It started on a deadline at 11pm and it has been the rule ever since. Your team's AI tool spend tripled this year, from a median $1,200 a month to $3,400, and if someone asked which of those tools produces the work that actually ships, you would have to guess. The leaderboards do not help, because they rank models while your task list has stayed the same for a year. So which model should you open for a long-form draft, and which subscription are you about to cancel for no good reason? The number that settles it is not a benchmark score, and almost nobody has calculated it.

AI Lead Generation for Marketing Teams: Who Enters the Pipeline and What They Cost
You own the pipeline number, and the search results for AI lead generation are selling you prospecting tools. That is not a small mismatch; it means the query you are researching and the query a sales manager is researching return almost the same pages. I have done this too. I opened a tool comparison, built a shortlist, and realised three weeks later that nothing on it would have changed who entered the pipeline. When you look at your own funnel, do you know what a qualified lead costs you, or do you know what a form fill costs you? Those are two different numbers, and the second one always looks better on a dashboard. The gap between them is where a large share of AI lead generation budget quietly goes. Here is what the marketing half of this query actually requires, and why the benchmark everyone quotes for it may not describe your funnel at all.

There are two ElevenLabs price ladders in circulation and your budget is probably built on the older one. It is not a regional price. It is one 2026 repricing that half the field never came back to correct, and those pages still rank. The part you may not want to admit: the ladder was never what set your bill. ElevenLabs sells credits, you buy finished minutes, and no pricing card shows you either number. So when you look at your last invoice, are you sure which tier was actually the cheaper buy? The crossover points say otherwise for most volumes, and they move depending on how many retakes you charge yourself for.
Martin J.CompareSep 30, 2026HeyGen Pricing in 2026: What Your Plan Actually Costs Per Minute
Two pages on HeyGen's own domain disagree about what a minute of video costs, and the entire field has picked the wrong one. The help centre prices a minute of Avatar IV at 16 credits. Its own blog says 20. The rate the vendor's published table actually prints for the video-look version is 31, so every explainer quoting a per-minute rate is understating the burn by 55%, in the direction that makes a plan look bigger than it is. The pricing page never steps in, because the pricing page never states what a minute costs at all. So which of those numbers is your monthly allowance being divided by? Your budget already has an answer in it, whether you chose one or not. Which leaves the plan size you already wrote into this quarter's budget resting on a figure two pages on HeyGen's own domain cannot agree on.

Somewhere in your onboarding call, the SaaS SEO agency asks for your location pages and your service-area list. You have neither. You have a free trial, a docs site and a handful of comparison queries your competitors already own. So why does the retainer they quoted look like it was built for a business with five towns and a contact form? You will still get a report every month, and it will still show sessions climbing. What it will not show is whether any of that reached the trials that turn into recurring revenue.
